SHIPPING // DELIVERY
UK & Europe
Deliveries are now operated via UPS premium service offering a 24h delivery from the date of a dispatch. Orders that are shipped before 12:00GMT will be delivered on the next working day.
US & Canada
Deliveries are now operated via UPS premium service offering a 48h delivery from the date of a dispatch. Orders that are shipped before 12:00GMT will be delivered within 2 working days.
Japan, Hong Kong & China
Deliveries are now operated via UPS premium service offering a 48-72h delivery from the date of a dispatch. Orders that are shipped before 12:00GMT will be delivered within 3 working days.
For the Rest of the World
Between 3-7 working days from the date of a dispatch (occasionally deliveries to Russia, Ukraine, Australia & New Zealand may take longer). Lead times depend on the service used and a country of destination.
- Orders usually leave the warehouse within 48h after your order has been confirmed.
- Orders may take longer if the volume of shipping exceeds warehouse limits.
- During PRE ORDER period orders will leave the warehouse as stated on the product page.
Tracking numbers will be sent out on the order email following the dispatch of the goods. If you didn't receive a tracking number contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sales are final and we do not offer a return policy. The only case in which your order will be refunded/exchanged is if you received a faulty or wrong item.
REFUNDS // EXCHANGES
We'll refund your money for the value of the goods, including original postage costs within 7-10 days of receiving your return. The money will be returned via your original payment method.
Fashion Criminal will not accept returns for items received back outside of the 7 days return period. Additionally, any items that are not returned in their original, unworn condition or without tags will not be accepted as returns and will be returned to sender.
INCORRECT ORDERS // FAULTY GARMENT
We hope this doesn't happen but if it does then we are of course happy to accept responsibility for our mistake. If you have received a faulty item then please email us email@example.com with your order number and details of the incorrect item sent (and whether you require a refund or a replacement). We will then respond to you and let you know how to proceed.
